1) Open a new Photoshop file and select a red bacground like beside. Draw a circle to your working area with Elipse Tool.  2) Open Layer Style communication window. Let’s apply the special effects. Then apply Drop Shadow. Its values are indicated beside.  3) The changes of Inner Shadow should be like beside.
