Design a gaming template in Photoshop
Introduction Learn how to make a great gaming template using some very simple techniques.
1. Open a new document with these settings.
2. Fill the background layer with #424242.
3. Make a new group called Header. Make a new layer in that group called Main. Make a new Rectangular selection with a
Fixed Size of 750,135. Drag that to the top of the document. Fill it with #232323.
4. Now place a few of your favorite renders there. Make clipping mask by holding Alt and clicking between the render layer and the main layer.
5. Make a new layer above the renders. Apply some grunge brushes. I used #7eb40a and #222222. Now, Create Clipping Masks again,
with those two layers. Change the blending options to Linear Dodge. I then reduced the opacity of the green to 35% and the brown 65%
6. Make a new layer and name it Divider. Make a fixed selection of 5x750. Fill it with dark grey. Apply these settings.
It should look like this.
7. Now just add some text and we are done with the header.
